Attic Renovation

This project included a custom attic design and renovation in an existing home from the 1780s in downtown Fredericksburg. The finished result provides an additional 900 square feet of living space designed for an in-law suite from an area previously used for unfinished storage. The custom design allows for exposed ceiling collars and a unique design that highlights the age of the home.
