Braehead Woods Exterior Wall Repair
Shrink-swell soil caused cracks in this exterior wall in a local neighborhood. In addition to helical piers and some masonry to repair the brick, this project included some creative decorative ornaments to help hide the pier placement. Each one of these piers is drilled into the ground at 500 PSI, then secured. This prevents future movement and (with a little luck) pulls the wall back closer to its original position.
Once we were finished, we were sure to leave the front yard just the way we found it.
