This large renovation project for a local homeowner spared no expense. It includes a new, larger roof to accommodate additional bedrooms and living space. A new in-ground pool was installed, made accessible to the master and guest bedrooms. An indoor/outdoor patio and seating area was also built with heated floors. Too many amenities to list!
Lunch hour really takes off in this break room and office renovation for a local client in the aviation industry. It includes a 23′ bar countertop with dozens of red, yellow and green LEDs, designed in true “runway” style. A large, tiled backsplash and custom cabinetry are accented nicely by the stainless steel appliances.
This renovation isn’t hard to spot in downtown Fredericksburg! This complete renovation and historical restoration was featured in the Free-Lance Star and regularly catches looks from passers-by. This former apartment complex fell to a fire decades back before Abby Construction was called in to restore and renovate. More images to come.
Mian Noodle House
Abby Construction Company worked with owner Jonothan Chen for the renovation of his new restaurant at 1005 Princess Anne Street in downtown Fredericksburg. The renovation comprised of exterior restoration and preservation work on the façade, balustrade and entrances. The entire first floor was renovated and restored to deliver a unique value and experience.
